The Kitchen at Village Altonodji

This is the heart of Village Altonodji meal making operations. Lunch preparations to feed 290 children starts early in the morning and isn't finished until lunch is served. Cooking is done with large pots heated on open fires outdoors. The kitchen building houses food and utensils, with cabinets and a work countertop.
